Saudi Aramco increases May propane $810/T, up $40 from the April Level

State-run Saudi Aramco has increased its May contract price for propane to $810 a tonne, up $40 from the April level, an industry source said on Thursday. Butane prices for May 2014 were cut to $825 a tonne, down $20 from April level of $845. The prices provide a benchmark against which Middle East sales of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to Asia are priced. Following is a table of Saudi Aramco's contract prices of propane and butane per tonne in U.S. dollars.
